- Your smart caps will all arrive pre-paired to a specific product. Refer to the printed label on the back of each cap.
- Press and hold the Nectar button for 3 seconds
How long does it take to activate each smart cap?
Literally, seconds! Keep in mind, however, the system may not receive its first signal for up to 30 minutes. If you don't see any measurements after 30 mins, verify that your hub is on, connected to Wi-Fi, and within 20 ft (6 m) of the bar area. If the problem persists, reach out to us at email@example.com, and we'll walk you through additional troubleshooting steps.
Do I need to charge my smart caps?
No charging required!
We'll be monitoring the battery life of your caps from our end. If any of your caps dip below a certain battery level, rest assured—a warranty-covered replacement will be on it's way in a jiffy!
